Availability & Booking

The calendar below shows availability of the cottage for booking. Dates which are greyed out are subject to confirmed bookings.

Weekly rental rates are available via the document links below.  Prices for short breaks are calculated using a nightly rate of 1/7 x weekly rate, with a minimum 3 night stay (except for Christmas/ New Year when there is a minimum 1 week stay).

All direct bookings are secured with a non-returnable deposit of £200.  The balance is payable 60 days prior to your stay.  We also take a damage deposit of £50 in addition to the rental rate.  This is payable as part of the balance and is refundable after you leave, assuming the cottage is returned in good order.

You can book directly using the booking form below and sending us a message via the contact page. Payment for direct bookings can be made by cheque or bank transfer.  Alternatively, the property is also listed on VRBO, where you can pay by credit or debit card. 

You will be able to access the property from 4pm on the day of arrival, and are asked to vacate the property by 10am on the departure day.  However, please contact the owners if you have special requirements for check-in, check-out or the length of your stay and best efforts will be made to accommodate you.

Well-behaved pets are accepted by special arrangement.  There are some particulars about Brook Hill Cottage's location and setting which may mean it is unsuitable for some pets.  Please enquire before booking.  The damage deposit for guests bringing pets is £100, rather than £50.
